How do I return something to BuySellBeanies.com?
Due to the rapid changing market values of Beanies, we have to enforce a strict adherence return policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item you ordered, you may return the item within 3 days after receiving the order. You should insure the package in case it is not delivered.

When returning items:
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.
3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.
4.  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Orders are sent United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Parcel Service (USPS). If you receive your order in damaged condition, have UPS or USPS mark their record that the order was delivered in damaged condition and have them inspect the contents with you to verify any damage. If there is damage, have UPS or USPS file the proper claims.
